Ordering
We will normally arrange to ship within 2-5 business days of receipt of your order and cleared payment. As we carry a limited quantity of each item in stock, there are times when we will be out of stock of a certain item. Unless the item has been discontinued, in which case we will advise you, we will be in the process of re-stocking it. Because these products are hand-made, it can take anywhere from a few days to over a month to re-stock. If we are temporarily out of stock of an item, you may contact us and we will arrange to backorder it and ship it to you once and if it becomes available. In this case, we will advise you within 7 days of receipt of your order as to when we expect to deliver it to you. Each order you place is subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any or no reason. Further, we shall have the right to cancel for what ever reason any orders placed with us or accepted by us.
Payment
All $ amounts quoted are in US currency. We prefer payments through PayPal as it is secure and an easy form of payment. Through PayPal, you can pay for your item(s) with your debit or credit card, eCheck, or funds you may have stored in your PayPal account. Simply place your order using the shopping cart and you may proceed with PayPal payment options and check out. If, on the other hand, you would prefer to pay us directly with a cashier’s check or personal check (domestic only), please contact us to make arrangements. In this case, we can only arrange for shipment once funds have cleared, which would entail roughly a 10 business day delay before shipment can take place.

Shipping Policy
The China Dolls are not packaged in a display box and each is shipped in a recyclable master shipping carton (1 or more to a carton). S&H is automatically recalculated and adjusted for shipments containing multiple units. For all Domestic Shipments (50 U.S. states), we ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) by Priority Mail (Insured) with delivery normally arranged within 5 business days of shipment (in addition to the normal 2-5 business days for preparation of your order). If your order is rush or you would like to receive your order utilizing an alternative delivery service, please contact us to see whether such service is possible and available from our shipping point to you. Please be sure to advise us of your name, address, telephone number(s) and indicate your order style(s) & quantity so that we can quote for such service.
All International Orders
For International shoppers, you will be unable to place and complete your order within the shopping cart as there will not be an automatic applicable airmail rate calculated for your order. For all International Shipments, we ship via International Airmail with transit times of 7-14 business days (in addition to the normal 2-5 business days for preparation of your order.) Please contact us with your name, address and telephone number(s) and indicate your order style(s) & quantity and proposed payment method (we prefer payments through PayPal), so that we may quote applicable airmail rates and other charges that may apply. If you require an alternative shipping service (such as an international courier), please let us know as to which, so that we can quote such applicable rates, if available. Once we have all applicable information, we will then send you an invoice (PayPal invoice if payment thru PayPal) at which time you can make the appropriate payment. Kindly note that any and all customs & import duties in the country of import, are for your (the buyer’s) account to be paid directly by you (to your local customs authorities) at time of import.

Return Policy
We are a small company and work hard in offering a special product. Our goal is to see that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we strive to deliver the quality our name is recognized for. We offer a 7 day return policy (from date of your receipt of shipment) with certain conditions and a restocking charge. Only clean and “as new” items may be accepted by us and are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge for such items returned. “Played with” or worn items will generally not be accepted. Any return you wish to make, requires our approval for return prior to your returning the item. To seek approval, contact us within 7 days of your receipt of the product(s), with a Return Request and advise us in brief with details, such as original purchase date and invoice #, your name, address and telephone number and a reason for the request for return. We must receive the “returned item(s)” within 10 days of our giving our approval, and you are responsible for the shipping cost plus insurance to send them back to us. For all returns we receive, we will make an on the spot inspection, and barring any discrepancies, we will reimburse you for the original purchase price of the item less a 25% re-stocking charge. All refunds will be processed and, at our discretion, a refund through PayPal or a company check for the amount will be mailed out to you within 5 business days from the date the item was returned and received by us.
If you received the wrong item(s) due to our shipping error, please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to correct the error by sending you the correct item(s) (if available) or arranging to send you a refund of the original purchase price and the shipping charges paid by you and for the return of the incorrect item(s) to us, at our discretion.

From time to time there will be changes in product offerings, special promotions, pricing, USPS rate changes and other as yet unspecified changes. You may notice these changes when you revisit this internet site. For purposes of improving and optimizing this site, we reserve the right to update and upgrade this internet site at our sole discretion without notice to you, including, but not limited to, changing functionality, user interface, procedures, documentation, or any other terms.

We do not sell or give out the personal information you provide when communicating with us directly via email or other means. We will from time to time email you with news about new product offerings and other news updates. If you would like to cease receiving such emails, please advise us by email, and we will discontinue sending you any further emails (until such time you reorder or request email updates to resume)
